IT & Cloud Management

Infrastructure you can plan around.

We design and run your IT and cloud platforms so that outages are rare, recoveries are rehearsed and costs are visible.

Managed IT is mostly discipline: patching on schedule, monitoring what matters, backing up and actually restoring, and writing things down. We do that for on-premises systems, Microsoft 365 and workloads on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.

When the time comes to move, we migrate workloads with a plan that states the order, the cut-over windows and the rollback for each step. Your tenants, subscriptions and data stay in your name throughout.

What's included

IT & Cloud Management

Cloud Architecture

From the first assessment to a landing zone your team can run.

  • Cloud assessment: current estate, readiness and gap analysis against the target state
  • Cloud adoption strategy and roadmap (Cloud Adoption Framework)
  • Target architecture: landing zones, identity, network and governance (hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute)
  • Well-Architected reviews: reliability, security, cost, performance and operations
  • Cloud implementation: the agreed architecture built with infrastructure as code
  • Hybrid and multi-cloud design (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure VMware Solution)
  • Cost architecture and FinOps: right-sizing, reservations and showback

Cloud Migration

Move to Azure, AWS or Google Cloud with no surprises.

  • Discovery, dependency mapping and cost model
  • Azure Landing Zone with identity, network and governance (hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute)
  • Workload migration: rehost, replatform or rebuild
  • VMware estates to Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
  • Microsoft 365 tenant setup and migration
  • Cut-over planning, hypercare and decommissioning

Disaster Planning

Recovery you have tested, not recovery you hope for.

  • Business impact analysis and recovery objectives (RPO and RTO)
  • Backup design: 3-2-1, immutable copies, offsite
  • Disaster recovery runbooks per system
  • Scheduled restore tests with evidence
  • Business continuity plan for people and premises

Cloud Automation

Infrastructure as code so environments are repeatable and auditable.

  • Terraform and Bicep for infrastructure
  • CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications
  • Policy as code, tagging and cost governance
  • Automated patching and configuration management
  • Monitoring, alerting and runbook automation

Who it's for

  • Organisations with 20 to several hundred staff that need enterprise discipline without an enterprise IT department.
  • Companies moving from an ageing server room to the cloud, or consolidating after a merger.
  • Teams that have grown their cloud estate by hand and now need it repeatable and cost-controlled.
  • Sports organisations whose systems must scale for fixtures, sale days and transfer windows.

How an engagement runs

  1. Discovery

Inventory of systems, dependencies, contracts and costs. You get a map of what you have and what it costs.

  2. Plan

Target architecture, migration order, recovery objectives and a budget, agreed before anything moves.

  3. Operate

Monitoring, patching, backups and support, with a monthly report on health, incidents and spend.

Common questions

Which clouds do you support?

Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, AWS and Google Cloud. We recommend based on what you already run and what your team can operate.

Do you support hybrid environments?

Yes. Many clients keep some systems on site for years. We manage both sides and the connection between them.

Who owns the cloud accounts?

You do. Subscriptions, tenants and billing are always in your organisation's name, with our engineers granted access you can revoke.

What happens if we leave?

You keep the documentation, the infrastructure code and the accounts. Handover is part of the service, not an extra.

Find out what you are running.

A discovery exercise gives you an inventory, a cost picture and a recovery assessment in one report.
