Software Development

Software built to be operated, not just delivered.

Web platforms, internal systems, integrations and sports applications, built cloud-native and secure by default, and maintained by the people who wrote them.

Software fails in production, not in the demo. We build with that in mind: identity and access from the first sprint, infrastructure as code, automated tests and dependency scanning in the pipeline, and documentation that an operator can use at three in the morning.

Our sports work is the sharpest edge of this practice. Club, fan and league systems have hard deadlines, spiky traffic and sensitive personal data, and that discipline carries into everything else we build.

  • Membership, ticketing and fan apps
  • Competition and registration systems

Who it's for

  • Organisations replacing spreadsheets and ageing systems with something their teams will actually use.
  • Companies that need a system integrated with Microsoft 365, their CRM or their ERP rather than another silo.
  • Football clubs, academies, leagues and federations building or replacing core platforms.
  • Product owners who want a team that stays after launch.

How we build

  1. Discovery and design

Users, workflows, data and integrations mapped; architecture and a delivery plan agreed with a budget range.

  2. Iterative delivery

Working software every two weeks, demonstrated with real data, with security and tests built into the pipeline.

  3. Operate or hand over

We run it under a service agreement, or hand over code, infrastructure and documentation to your team. Your choice, and you own the code either way.

How we write code

Six habits that let us move fast without shipping risk. They are the same whether the system is a club platform or a back-office tool.

  1. 01

Identity and least privilege from the first sprint

Single sign-on, roles and audit trails are in the first user story, not the last. Every screen and every API knows who is asking and what they may see or change.

  2. 02

    Security checks inside the pipeline

Dependency, container and static-analysis scans on every commit, secrets kept out of code, and OWASP ASVS as the checklist, so findings are fixed while the change is still small.

  3. 03

    Small, reversible releases

Working software every two weeks, feature flags and blue-green deployments. Small changes are easier to review, easier to secure and easier to roll back.

  4. 04

Tests as the safety net for speed

Unit, integration and end-to-end tests run on every change, so the team can refactor and ship without fear. Agility comes from confidence, not from skipping steps.

  5. 05

    Infrastructure as code

Terraform and Bicep define every environment, so development, test and production match and nothing is configured by hand or forgotten.

  6. 06

    Built to be operated

Logging, tracing, alerting and documentation an operator can use at three in the morning. The people who write the code are the people on call for it, and that changes how they write it.

Common questions

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are delivered to your repositories throughout the project, not at the end.

Do you take over existing systems?

Yes, after an assessment of the code, infrastructure and dependencies so we can tell you honestly what it will take.

Fixed price or time and materials?

Both. Fixed price when the scope is well defined, time and materials with a cap when it is still being discovered. We tell you which fits before we quote.

Which technologies do you use?

Modern, well-supported stacks on Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud, chosen for what your team can maintain. We will tell you if your preferred technology is a poor fit.

Tell us what the system must do.

A discovery session turns a problem description into an architecture, a plan and a budget range.
